Return Policy

We will try our best to make sure the products shipped to our customers are in good quality.


If you order has not been shipped, you may cancel it for a full refund, please send us an email with all of the informations about your orders or directly contact with our Costumer Service Center. We will deal with this within 24 hours.

In below case, please do contact with our customer service Center get the return address. Most of our items directly sell from our affiliated facility under Atebay from city Beijing,Shenzhen,Dongguang,Chengdu and Hongkong.


2,30 Days Money Back Warranty

(1)If you are not satisfied with our product because it doesn't work, you can send them back to us in 30 days after you receive it for refund, in this case, we don't refund the shipping fees.
(2)If the product works but you don't like it, you can send it back for refund, in this case we will charge 15% restock and handling fee and don't refund the shipping fees.

(3)If the products are defective within 30 days,and you want to exchange,we will pay the shipping cost to send the products to Customers by air mail after we received your package.

(4)If the product works but you want to exchange a new one or another model within 30 days,you can send it back for exchange,but you need to pay all shipping cost(both side) and handling cost like 15% restock,any charges from the China Customs.



All returns must have the original packaging, include all original accessories which must be in its original condition.

Postage and Package handling charges is non-refundable.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling, insurance costs related to returning the item.

Buyer is responsible for any damages or lost of items during the return transaction.

If the item returned does not with the original condition and it effect the resell. it will be charged more than 30% of charges.It depends on the condition of the item.

In some case like screen broken/ scratch, it can not be returned.


3,One Year Manufacture Warranty

Within 1 year, buyers can send them back for free repair, in this case, buyers pay all the shipping fees in both sides. Which mean you should pay us the shipping fees for us to send them back to you. If buyer break the items and some components need to be changed, we will charge for the original value of that components( For example,the screen of cell phone cost $20 to $30, the motherboard for cell phone costs $15 to $25).


Return Fees

No matter for any reason, buyers should pay the shipping fees to return the unsatisfied goods and No matter for exchange or refund, buyers should send our products back first. After we receive the returned item(s), we will process the refund or exchange immediately.


Return Notice

(1)Please write a note with your order number or Paypal payment number so that we can find the order details. Thanks.
(2)If buyer send defective items which are purchased from other sellers, we refused to do any after sales service and will charge handling fee and shipping fee in order to send these items back to you.

If you want return the product,you need to connect us for the return instruction,cause we need to make sure of the problem before return. You can email us at our customer support,do write the order no and the detailed problem.
If we accept you return the items,please DO write a note in English with your order number or payment ID so that we can find the order details.
